Kamal Sharma, FCA, is a well-qualified Chartered Accountant with expertise in dealing with various business issues and serves as a strategic advisor for inbound and outbound investments for more than fourteen years.

We are providing chartered accounting services and have, over the years, maintained a motivated workforce, client retention, high integrity, dedication, sincerity, quality of service, and professionalism. There are employees working since the inception of the firm and willing to play a long innings. We boast of the commitment and loyalty of our team, who lend us stability and success in the past and provide us with the confidence to move into the future. He also has good knowledge of Indirect Taxes, i.e., VAT, Service Tax, and Profession Tax.

He participates in various seminars of ICAI. He has completed a course on auditing Co-operative Societies. He cleared the Company Secretary (CS) degree also. He is currently pursuing a course in Company Secretary & Information System Audit (ISA).

CA Amita Sharma is a qualified Chartered Accountant. She qualified in November 2013 and has been in professional practice since then. She has experience in statutory audit, tax audit, MVAT Audit, taxation, finance, and consultancy to clients. She has experience of Statutory Audit of Banks. She also has experience in the field of Corporate Law matters like the formation of Company, Annual Return Filing, and Drafting of MOA & AOA and all types of ROC Matters, etc.
